TulipDesign: Terms of Service


TulipDesign.eu is owned and administered by company TulipDesign (registered in Poland, EU VAT ID: PL5341905590).

Main purpose of TulipDesign is providing graphic design services and various visualizations.


The Customer ordering any of the available services is expected to pay for the Service in advance (full or partial deposit). The Customer will be charged for selected package(s). A receipt will be e-mailed at the time of the transaction to the Customer. TulipDesign will further provide all the information necessary to start the design process to the Customer.


We (TulipLogo service) guarantee the Customer will not be charged full project value should the Customer not be satisfied with our work. If the Customer is not satisfied with the first concepts provided by TulipDesign, the Customer may request a cancelation of the project (by email with confirmation of receiving cancelation by TulipDesign). The request must be sent within period specified below.

In case of partial deposit prepayment, Customer does not need to pay the remaining payment. In case of full value prepayment, TulipDesign will refund the total payment less service and processing fee (altogether 40%). The service and processing fee covers the initial design and administrative expenses related to the beginning and interruption of the service.

The refund will not take effect:
1) If Customer accepts the first round of graphical proposals or if Customer required further modification of first round proposals,
2) If TulipDesign provided the customer with additional designs, after the first round,
3) If the Customer changes their name, line of business or closes down, since the date of design order,
4) If the project is closed for reason unrelated to TulipDesign's design,
5) If TulipDesign do not hear back from the Customer for more than 20 days.

Timely Responses

The Customer agrees to provide timely responses after receiving the e-mail confirmation. The Customer will have a 20 day period in which to respond to work submitted for preview. If after 20 days the Customer have failed to respond, TulipDesign will assume the work is satisfactory and complete.


The Customer is owning the final design provided to him/her by TulipDesign. The Customer shall not, however, own any working materials generated during any revision cycles leading up to the final design. Those rights are retained by TulipDesign.

Privacy Policy

Information that the Customer provides to TulipDesign will not be given to any third party without permission from the Client. Customer information will not be used for other purposes than design of project and communication with the Customer.
